 Caution: This honey is natural without any sterilization, so please avoid having babies eat it if they are younger than 1 year old. Sometimes you can see crystallized honey, because it is natural, so if you put it in hot water, it will return back to the original honey.

 Plucked Honey during April to June in Gifu prefecture.

 This honey has a much mild taste than honey from Hokkaido.

 This is one of the most famous high class honey in Germany and Russia.

 It’s a great accent taste with tea or cakes.

 When dissolving it with hot water, it becomes just like herbal tea.
